Payment Policy

Medical services are provided and billed by Fairbanks Cardiology. Our providers participate in most all of the major health insurance plans. If your plan is not listed below,please call us at 907-374-0432 and we can tell you if your plan is accepted. 

Health Plans

  • AETNA

  • Blue Cross / Blue Shield

  • Medicare

  • Medicaid

  • Most other insurance plans

We accept new patients by referral only.  Referrals can be faxed to our office at 907-374-9932

 

We are a preferred provider for AETNA and Blue Cross and Blue Shield. We accept Medicare.  We also accept self-pay patients, they are required to pay $300 at the time of service. 

 

We accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and cash payments.

Questions About Your Bill

What billing or insurance information will I receive?

​You will receive a copy of your bill. After your insurance has paid, we'll provide you with a monthly statement of your account.

​

How long will it take to get things settled with the insurance company?

 

Generally, it takes from 45 to 60 days to obtain payment from an insurance carrier.​
